This dress is waiting to go to a party! This is a gorgeous satin dress from the early 2000s. It features a keyhole neckline and balloon sleeves!  The dress comes with a matching belt that wraps around the waist and can be cinched in to your preference. It also has small shoulder pads to give it a more structured look. Would be perfect for a night out or could even be worn for a holiday party.

CONDITION: Excellent ! But there are a few flaws to note: 
- There are a few small pulls here and there, mainly on the left cuff.
- There is a bit of thread tension on the darts on the right bust. This doesn't affect the garment, I don't think its  noticeable, but I wanted to mention it. 
- The middle of the belt might need some restitching, it has come undone so the top layer is separating (See last photo, no urgency as it doesn't affect the garment)
